Courthouse Security

and Bailiffs

 

Johnson County Courthouse is located at the square in Cleburne, Texas. 

The Johnson County Sheriff's Office is responsible for the security of the

persons, papers and the Court House.  It has 2 district courts and 2

county court of laws  as well as holds the commissioners court and one

of the justice of the peace courts. The District and County courts have

a bailiff assigned to that court as security  for the judge and the persons

in court.  There is also two court house security deputies at the

entrance to the court house to secure the persons entering the

Morris Brown graduated from Texas A&M

police academy in 1990.. Brown spent 4

years as a reserve police officer before

becoming a correctional officer for 2 1/2

years.  Brown has been with the Johnson

County Sheriff's Office Court House Security

and Bailiff for 6 years.   

 

Personal Message: The majority of life's

problems are self created, Do not sweat the

small stuff, it just is not worth it.  Do like I

do, Enjoy your life everyday.

Danny Biggers has 9 years of law

enforcement experience and 2 of those

years are with the Johnson County Sheriff's

Office.

 

Personal Message: On drugs, I've seen

alot of people who thought they were cool

but then again I've seen alot of fools,

Don't be a fool stay off drugs.

   

 

James Pogue was a correctional Officer for

9 years with the Johnson County Sheriff's

 Office, Pogue has been a certified police

officer for 8 years and spent 5 years as a

reserve police officer.  Pogue has been

with the Courthouse for 3 years as a Bailiff.

Personal Message:  If you get to the

end of your rope, tie a knot in it and hang

on.

 

Jerry Eaton has been a peace officer since

 1994, prior to coming to Johnson County

Eaton worked with the Tarrant County

Sheriff's Office.  Eaton joined Johnson

County Sheriff's Office in 2001.
